Fees & Payment
Our practice charges an hourly rate of $100 for sessions that usually last between 45-50 minutes. If you have any questions about our rates or session lengths, please feel free to contact us. We’re here to help and provide any information you need.
Insurance
At Soul Deep Counseling, we strive to provide access to our services to as many individuals as possible but please note that health insurance is not accepted at our practice.
We do welcome all major credit and debit cards, as well as HSA/FSA accounts. If you have any questions regarding insurance providers or payment options, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.
Good Faith Estimate
We provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to clients who are not covered by insurance or are using out-of-network insurance coverage. The purpose of the GFE is to give our clients an estimated cost of the services they will receive, based on our current fee schedule. While the GFE is only an estimate, it can be a helpful tool in preparing for the financial aspects of healthcare needs.
